However if you are experiancing problems try the following:
1st, perform what is called a ‘Hard re-boot’ by switching off the power from the mains, after a few minutes switch it back on. This should resolve any issue you may have.
Please note our telephone support is only available if:
- You are within your warranty, (normally a Year after installation)
- Regularly serviced, (annually)
If your warranty has expired or you have not had your system serviced, you will:
- Need to book a service, which will re-active your free telephone support.
Note: we have had to enforce this policy, as people have been abusing our support team.
